Throughout the year, the Committee on Our Community hosts events that explore membership and helps people connect with the Fellowship and each other. If you have questions, or wouldl ike to be personally notified of scheduled events, please contact Marilyn Mallory, Membership Chair.

Steps Toward Membership
Step 1: Become familiar with Unitarian Universalism.

Step 2: Attend Exploring Our Traditions.
Exploring Our Tradition is a short gathering designed to provide general information about Unitarian Universalism. Questions about our faith community are answered in a friendly and casual atmosphere and provide you with basic information about this Fellowship. If you've been intrigued by the people you've met, the services you've attended, or the functions you've participated in, we invite you to join us and learn more about our faith.

Step 3: Meet with Rev. Davis who will recommend you to the Board of Trustees for membership.

Step 4: Sign a Board Affirmation Request Card. The Board will affirm your membership request and welcome you to a New Member Ingathering Service.

Step 5: Sign the membership book at a special New Member Ingathering Service.
These informal ceremonies are held three times during the year to introduce and welcome new members to our congregations. The next Ingathering will be announced soon.
