Tuesdays, April 6, 20, May 4, 18, & 25

7:00 – 9:00pm / Fireside Room

Rev. Bruce Davis

In this five-part series for ten to fifteen participants,

Rev. Bruce Davis will lead this classic Unitarian Universalist workshop to help you explore what is most meaningful in your life, and out of that to build a 'credo' or statement of commitment that comes out of your own experience. Join us in a safe and comfortable sharing process, during which we each begin to build our own theology.

Rev. Bruce Davis

Advanced sign-up required; materials fee of $15

Make a Mala of wooden beads and learn several meditation practices using the Mala.  The Mala is essentially a necklace made like a rosary. It is made by stringing 109 beads together on a string in a particular way. Of course it can be used as adornment, but its real purpose is as a meditation tool. Once we have constructed our Malas, Bruce will instruct the group on several practical yet powerful meditation practices using your beads.

Free Childcare at Evergreen!
Evergreen has recently adopted a policy of offering childcare free of charge at the Fellowship for adult classes, special events (such as concerts) and service activities (such as singing with the choir). The cost of paying babysitters will come out of a Childcare Fund that receives a portion of fees for classes and donations for events.
Parents: Please note that you must REQUEST childcare at least two weeks in advance, by emailing    childcare@evergreenuu.org. Childcare is not automatically provided, except in the case of Parents’ Gatherings on the third Sunday of each month. Please use this email to cancel your need for childcare.
