Hosting

At the Interfaith Family Shelter located in Everett, volunteers from Evergreen and other faith groups interact with the parents and children. Typically, there are 10 families to attend to while resident shelter staff have time off. Training and orientation of the shelter is required before new volunteers are assigned with experienced ones.
