Dear fellow members of Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship,

   It’s time for the Annual Congregational Meeting!  This year’s meeting will be held on Sunday June 13th at noon via Zoom (same link as Sunday service).  When you participate in the meeting, you will get verbal confirmation if you are an eligible voting member (a list of eligible voting members will be linked to in the weekly newsletter in case any mistakes need to be corrected).  If your household has more than one eligible voting member, you are encouraged to sign into Zoom with a separate device for each voting member.

   We invite you to join us in voting on new Trustees, and the new annual budget.

   There are links to supporting documentation in the Agenda.  Hard copies will be available on request.
