How to Donate and Support Evergreen UU Fellowship
Your generosity helps us continue our mission and strengthen our community. Thank you for your vital support!
Ways to Give
We offer several convenient and secure methods for you to make a financial contribution:
Cash or Check
Place your donation in the offering basket during Sunday services. Please include your name on an envelope if you wish to be credited for your donation, or if you are paying cash towards your pledged amount.
Mail a check to:
Evergreen UU Fellowship,
PO Box 3262, Everett, WA 98213
Online via Our eGiving Site (Recommended for Flexibility)
Our eGiving site allows for both one-time donations and recurring automatic payments.
From Checking/Savings Account
(0.7% fee to church, plus $0.29 per transaction)
From Debit/Credit Card
(2.84% fee to church, plus $0.45 per transaction)
Help Offset Processing Fees: On our eGiving site, you'll have the option to add a small amount to your donation to help cover the processing fees incurred by the church. This ensures the church receives the full intended amount of your gift.
Automatic Payments Through Your Bank (No Fee to Church)
Set up recurring payments directly through your personal bank's online banking system (e.g., Bill Pay). You choose the frequency and amount, and 100% of your donation goes to the church. This is often the most cost-effective method.
Auto Withdrawal Form (for Recurring Payments)
If you prefer not to use the eGiving site for recurring payments, you can submit an auto withdrawal form to the church office. You can download a copy of the form here, or receive one from the office.
The processing fees are the same as above.

Managing Your Contributions & Statements
Via Our eGiving Site
When using our eGiving site, you can log in to update payment information, modify upcoming contributions, and view past contributions, all within your control.

Online Church Directory
Through our online church directory, you can also view all contributions attributed to you and print out your own contribution statements at any time. Please contact the Office Administrator if you forgot your username or password, or need help getting started.
Contribution Statements
We will also send out official contribution statements a couple of times a year to the email address or mailing address on file for your household. These statements allow you to monitor your pledge contributions and provide a comprehensive record of your charitable giving for tax purposes.
Types of Contributions & How They Support Evergreen
Your donations support the ongoing work of EUUF in various ways:
Annual Pledge
Each early spring, we conduct an annual pledge campaign. A pledge is a promise of future financial support for the upcoming church year (July 1st - June 30th fiscal year). These pledges are crucial as they allow us to plan and build our budget, ensuring we have the resources to support our ministries and operations throughout the year. You then contribute to your pledged amount through any of the giving methods listed above to fulfill your commitment. Learn more about pledging on our Stewardship & Pledging page.
Sunday Offering
General contributions received in the offering basket on Sundays directly support Evergreen's ongoing operations and general ministries.
Split Plate Offering
Once a month, we hold a special "Split Plate" offering. On these designated Sundays, half of all general offering contributions (those not marked as pledge payments) are shared with a local non-profit organization, extending our outreach into the community.
Other Types of Contributions:
Birthday and Anniversary Donations: Celebrate your special day by giving a dollar for each year in honor of a birthday or anniversary.

Memorial Donations: Honor the memory of a loved one who has passed away with a contribution in their name.
Planned Giving (Endowment Fund): Consider including the church in your estate planning through a bequest in your will or other planned giving arrangements. These gifts to our Endowment Fund provide long-term stability and support for future generations. Find more information on planned giving opportunities here.
Fundraising Opportunities: Throughout the year, we may have various fundraising initiatives to support specific projects or causes.
