The Pastoral Associates are lay members of Evergreen who strive to extend the care of the Fellowship by providing presence and support to folks in our congregation who are in special need, such as:

• major life changes, such as birth, adoption, loss of job, divorce, or retirement

• death of a family member or friend

• health problems, illness, or hospitalization

• isolation because of age, mobility problems, disability, or other factors

• follow-up after crisis intervention and counseling by our minister or another trained professional
