Dear fellow members of Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship,

    This year’s Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday June 12th at noon via Zoom (the same link as the Sunday service, Meeting ID: 834 5135 2406  Password: 209391).  We encourage you to participate in this important meeting to add your voice to important decisions that will be made about the Fellowship including the annual budget, voting in new Trustees, and the future of the building.  

 

    When you sign in to the meeting, you will get confirmation if you are an eligible voting member.  If your household has more than one eligible voting member, you are encouraged to sign into Zoom with a separate device for each voting member.

 

     There are links to supporting documentation in the Agenda.  Hard copies will be available on request.
