Dear fellow members of Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship,

    This year’s Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 11th at noon in the Evergreen Sanctuary and online​ via Zoom (the same link as the Sunday service, Meeting ID: 834 5135 2406  Password: 209391). 

 

    We invite you to join us in voting on new Trustees, new members of the Leadership Development Committee, new members of the Endowment Committee, the new annual budget, and approve a list of causes for using the Evergreen UU Banner.

 

    If you are attending online, when you sign in to the meeting, you will get confirmation if you are an eligible voting member. If your household has more than one eligible voting member, you are encouraged to sign into Zoom with a separate device for each voting member.
