Dear Members of Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship,

    This year’s Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 14th at 11:30am in the Cascade View Room at the Carl Gipson Center and online via Zoom (the same link as the Sunday service, Meeting ID: 834 5135 2406  Password: 209391).  We invite you to join us in voting on new Trustees, new members of the Leadership Development Committee, the new annual budget, and approve the list of causes for using the Evergreen UU Banner.

    If you are attending online, when you sign in to the meeting, you will get confirmation if you are an eligible voting member. If your household has more than one eligible voting member, you are encouraged to sign into Zoom with a separate device for each voting member.

    Included with the Agenda is supporting documentation for the proposed annual budget and the list of banner causes. 

    We will have two Q&A sessions for any questions regarding the proposed budget or other meeting materials. The first Q&A will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd at 7pm online via Zoom (find the link in the weekly update), and the second Q&A will be held on Sunday, June 7th after the worship service. You are welcome to attend one or both.
